1. Eligibility for Use

Our services are intended for registered businesses, corporations, and professional buyers. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the entity you represent.

2. Product Information & Availability

All product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted supply of any product.

3. Orders & Confirmations

All inquiries and orders must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. An order is only considered confirmed once a formal quotation is accepted and an advance payment or Letter of Credit (L/C) is received, depending on the agreed terms.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Payment must be made via approved channels such as bank transfer or L/C. Late payments may result in delays, penalties, or cancellation of orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to meet the agreed delivery timelines; however, delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or force majeure events are beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping provider.

6. Quality Assurance

We adhere to strict quality control processes. However, clients are advised to inspect goods upon arrival. Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 working days of delivery. Supporting evidence (photos, videos, lab reports) may be required.

7. Returns & Refunds

As a B2B export service, we do not accept general returns. Refunds or replacements will only be processed in cases of confirmed quality defects or shipping errors. Custom or perishable products are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and product information—is the property of NICH International or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NICH International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

10. Compliance & Legal Use

All buyers must ensure that products ordered from NICH International comply with their country’s import laws, regulations, and standards. We are not responsible for products held or rejected by foreign customs authorities.

11. Force Majeure

NICH International shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Updates to Terms

NICH International reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
